Those raspberries bring back memories of my maternal grandmother who grew the best juicy raspberries. I could sit in the bushes for hours and eat them right off the bush. I think I ate her profit.

What a great narrative poem. I enjoyed the pictures, too!

Wonderful, Tipper! You create such clear, toucing images with your poems. You really grabbed hold of this form and made it your own.

Beautiful, all. I especially love Screendoor. I have many memories of screendoors - I love screendoors. Not the kind that slide but the kind that slam and shout "Summer!"

I especially enjoyed the line in the poem : "Love hate forgive". That is exactly the relationship I have with my sister. Thanks

There you go. That's a good place to start. There are hundreds of different form poems (that is poems with a specific form that must be followed to qualify) I have a book that gives examples of the different forms. I use it as a guide for contest poems requiring a specific type of poetry. Good job. Pappy

Love your pictures and poem, Tipper. I always wished I had a sister. Is that you in the last picture?

This is a great post, my 14 year old will love reading it. She has a thing for poems. :)

I love your poetry simple, yet so descriptive you can see and hear it exactly!
I love old squeeky screen doors, the way they slam when you walk through. Into a kitchen with the smell of grandmas oatmeal cookies. hmmm memories!

I always look forward to your readings and pictures..thanks you!

Love your poetry! Love your pictures! Love raspberries, too!!

I like that style of poetry and particularly like the piece about sisters. I don't have one myself, but I see that in my daughters....thanks

Loved all the photos but especially the clouds and the B&W of the girls!
Your poetry is nice and I'm inspired now to write some. ;)

Hey, love your poetry! I'll have to go check out the site you mentioned.

I love that kind of poetry the best. And, I love raspberries. Got any?

Another wonderful poem that I absolutely love. My favorite part is the sisters part and my favorite picture is that older red door one.

Ooh! Yours is awesome! Very evocative! I haven't done mine yet. Gotta get on that. =)

Tipper: The poetry is very special, such a simple style with a message. I dabble once in a while and will have to check this out.
